Machine Features
This machine is suitable for winding new energy copper bars, aluminum bars, busbars or other flat metals. It is equipped with a base paper separation device: while winding the tape, it can separate the base paper synchronously and straighten copper bars to avoid deformation.
For wire harnesses needing the base paper separation device, it works better when the wire harness diameter is 15mm-40mm.
For tapes without base paper, an intermediate platform for the tape holder can be added, expanding the applicable wire diameter to 3-40mm.
The straightening device and paper collector are optional separately.
Machine Functions
Supports full winding, interval winding, spot winding, and adjustable overlapping area. It is mainly used for copper bars, busbars, etc. with a wire diameter of over 10mm.
Reference speed: For a Φ7mm corrugated pipe, it can wind 6 meters per minute with 1/4-density tape overlapping.
Reference speed: For a Φ5mm electronic wire, it can wind 5 meters per minute with 1/3-density tape overlapping.
